The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places a duty on the ‘responsible person’ to carry out a fire risk assessment of their premises and record the findings if they employ more than 5 people. In order to remain compliant with current legislation your T. & J. Fire assessor will provide you with a detailed, easy to understand document, free of jargon and supported by photographs.
