We are very proud to be supporting our apprentice Olivia as she goes to Africa to volunteer for African Impact over the summer.  It’s a charity that helps in localised areas from the grass roots up and Olivia will be working hands on in orphanages with disadvantaged children and those in desperate need of love, care and attention.

African Impact has been going for over 10 years, runs projects in 12 countries and has facilitated over 12,500 volunteers (plus one if you count Olivia!)  All of the projects have community stakeholders; African Impact won’t run a project unless the community not only wants them there, but actually has ownership of the project.

We are very proud to be sending Olivia off with a suitcase full of equipment they have said they need – all essential to ensure these children get the medical care they need.  More information can be found at http://www.africanimpact.com
