From 11 November 2021, new legislation came into force, all care home workers, and anyone entering care homes, will need to be fully vaccinated, unless they are exempt under the regulations.\u00a0 This new legislation also includes contractors who need to come inside the home.\u00a0 Put simply, anyone working within a CQC-registered care home in England must have 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, or have proof of exemption.<\/p>\n<p>At T. J.
