Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) is what you would know as your traditional telephone system, through copper wires in the ground it allows both voice and data to be transmitted over telephone lines. <\/p>\n
However, BT announced back in 2017 that the ISDN would be switched off by December 2025, therefore your traditional phone system and phone lines that monitor your intruder and fire alarm system will no longer work.
