T. J. Fire & Security have this month moved their computing software to Protean Software linked in with Sage. Protean Software is cutting edge and allows the engineers in the field to connect directly to the office allowing invoices and inspection certificates to be generated immediately upon leaving a customers premises.  Protean Software is an intuitive, user-friendly cloud-based solution that provides real-time information for PPM and reactive visits which allows us to accurately forecast staffing levels, parts required and equipment requirements.

Protean allows us to map our customers locations so we can track and dispatch engineers quickly and in real time, so the nearest engineer can be sent to you in an emergency. We can effectively manage orders from the quotation stage through to order fulfilment allowing us to streamline the sales process and get all quotations to our customers quickly. Contracts can also be customised so each customer can have a truly bespoke service allowing us to give you the frequency of site variations that you require.
